Foundation's National Invitational Fellowship

The name suggests that the resaon for this is that th selection process is not an open competition.] The Sara Lee Foundation is funding the inaugural year of the Ragdale Foundation's National Invitational Fellowship. "The Sara Lee Foundation funds innovative new projects that make emerging artists and their work more accessible to the public," said Robin S. Tryloff, president and executive director of the Sara Lee Foundation. "Therefore, we are pleased to underwrite the launch of the Ragdale Foundation's latest initiative, its first National Invitational Fellowship, which will bring greater recognition and exposure to author Gail Tsukiyama."
Frances Shaw Fellowship
The Ragdale Foundation sponsors the Frances Shaw Writing Fellowship,
open to women writers who began writing seriously after age 55.
Fellows are flown to Ragdale from anywhere and receive a free
six-week residency. The deadline for Frances Shaw Fellowship
applications is February 1st of each year.
